At Franomo Luxury Weddings, we look forward to serving your needs on your special day; giving your event that ‘wow!’ effect that guests can’t stop talking about.
We’ll:
- Look over the contracts for each vendor you hire.
- Supervise all vendors set-up and answer any questions that may arise on the wedding day.
- Create a detailed timeline of all activities to ensure a smooth wedding day
- Be the liaison between you and all the vendors on the day of the wedding to allow you to enjoy the day with your friends and family.
- Ensure that the bride, groom, DJ/band, photographer, etc. are all informed in advance of each event (grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting, etc.).
- Ensure each person in the wedding party (ushers, greeters, etc.) are fulfilling their responsibilities and that guests are being treated properly.
- Ensure the wedding party is at the appropriate place for photos to begin.
- Make sure all of your personal property and wedding gifts are properly packed and secured in a vehicle, hotel room or storage room.
